Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, please email us at hello@marmaladestore.com Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Custom and Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes made-to-order or specially modified products.
We also do not accept returns on sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away so we can make it right. Including a photo helps us resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend emailing us at hello@marmaladestore.com
Payment
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
